These terms cover the Rocks77 website and the party request form. Using the site means you agree to them.

21 and over

Rocks77 is a bar. Everyone who comes in, including every guest at a private party, must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. Staff can refuse entry or service to anyone, as New York law requires.

Party requests are not bookings

Sending a request doesn't reserve anything. A party is booked only when someone from Rocks77 confirms it with you in writing (by email or on your request page). Details like space, time, cover and any minimums are agreed directly with the bar. Nothing is sold or paid for on this website, and no alcohol is sold online.

Event listings

We keep the calendar, hours and specials up to date, but events, times, performers and prices can change or be cancelled. Prices for drinks are set at the bar. If it matters, call before you come.

Be decent

Don't use the forms to send spam, harassment, or anything unlawful. We may delete such messages and block repeat senders.

The website itself

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Rocks77. You're welcome to share links and event details. The site is provided as-is; we're not liable for losses from relying on it, to the extent the law allows.
