Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This covers the Rocks77 website (77 Central Ave, Albany NY) and the party request form. We collect very little, and we keep it short.
What we collect
- Party requests: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the date, start time, number of guests, the kind of party, and anything you write to us, including later messages on your private request page.
- Server logs: your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop spam and abuse. We don't build profiles from it.
Browsing the site needs nothing from you. There are no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts, and fonts are served from our own server. Staff who sign in to the dashboard get one sign-in cookie; visitors get none.
How we use it
Only to answer your request and plan your party. We email you about that request and nothing else: no newsletters, no marketing. We never sell or share your information. We don't sell drinks or take payment on this site.
How long we keep it
- A party request and its messages are deleted automatically 12 months after both the party date and your last message have passed.
- Server backups roll off after 14 days.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in a database on our own web server, reached only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only Rocks77 staff can see them, each through their own password-protected account. Emails go through our email provider.
Your private request link works for anyone who has it, so don't share it. It's long and random, and it's marked so search engines don't list it.
Your choices
Want your request deleted sooner, or want to know what we have? Send a note from your request page, or ask at the bar, and we'll take care of it.
Age
Rocks77 is a bar for people 21 and older. The site isn't meant for anyone under 21 to send requests.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. We won't start using your information in new ways without saying so here first.
